![]() Dr. Linda Colvin Rhodes is a former Secretary of Aging for the state of Pennsylvania. During her tenure, she oversaw a billion dollars worth of long term care services and created the award winning Family Caregiving Program helping thousands of families care for their loved ones at home. Besides holding a doctorate in the field from Teachers College, Columbia University, Rhodes has been a caregiver herself caring for her children's great grandmother who came to live with them following a stroke. She is frequently asked to testify before legislative committees and is a popular speaker at conferences on aging and health care throughout the country. Dr. Rhodes has appeared on national talk shows such as CNBC and Living it up with Ali and Jack.
